In order to broaden their knowledge, expand their experience and constantly improve our standards,  staff members undergo continuous training in a wide variety of areas. This helps us to give your child a higher standard of care and means we stay at the forefront of expert childcare techniques.

The safety of all our children is our primary concern and so we insist that all our staff are trained in food hygiene and paediatric first-aid, with frequent "top-up" training.

We also recognise that continuity is vital for children as they grow up, and so we are proud of our many long standing members of staff, several of whom have been with us for over a decade. They allow us to provide stability for our children as they develop and friendly faces which our parents can recognise and get to know whilst at nursery.
